THE CHALLENGE: Grow user base and user retention of an existing social rating web application. Improve discoverability of features and user on-boarding.
THE SOLUTION: A new, streamlined user flow focused on new user on–boarding and improved discoverability of features. Interface design within an existing application framework.
After conducting a thorough heuristic evaluation I determined the key areas of the interface to focus on for the redesign.
From there I moved to mapping out the user flow and identified strategic engagement opportunities specifically within the new user on-boarding.
The result was a refreshed, user friendly interface that gave center stage to the features of the application.
